Non-executive director aged 65, Bob is a Strategic Workforce Consultant and published author. He was previously International President for DBM Inc, the world's leading Outplacement and Career Management company, and was responsible for its operations across 49 international countries. Prior to DBM, he spent over 25 years in banking in Australia and overseas. Bob also started and developed his own consulting business as well as the DBM business as a licensee, before selling to the US parent. He is also a member of remuneration and Audit & Risk Management Committees.

Bob's other interests include Chairman of Thomas & Coffey Limited, Chairman of BNT Holdings, Deputy Chairman of Robson Civil Projects and Director of Adelhill Limited.
