Jim has over 33 years experience in the banking and retirement sectors. He is a former Chief General Manager of Adelaide Bank Limited and Managing Director of Primelife Corporation Limited.

He currently holds Directorships with Rural Bank Limited (Chairman), Becton Property Group Limited (asx:bec), Impedimed Limited (asx:ipd), Xenome Limited (Chairman), Valex Group Pty Ltd (Chairman) and RED Fund Management Pty Ltd (Chairman).

Jim also holds board memberships with Council on the Ageing SA Inc. and War Veterans Home Myrtle Bank Inc.

Jim is also Non Executive Chairman of Becton Living.
